154 Consulting provides three forms of executive support:

For you: Executives present frequently. CEOs and CFOs present to their boards at least once each quarter, and every member of the executive suite has regular presentations on their calendar. 154 Consulting can work with you over the course of a year, first to put a standard presentation structure and approach in place, and then to do a "tune up" prior to each scheduled presentation.

For your staff: No one feels the impact of a poor presentation as keenly as those listening to it. We can work with your team on their presentation development skills in order to increase the impact of the presentations they give every day. 154 Consulting can work with your team one-on-one, or come to your offices to provide a three-hour overview of presentation development fundamentals.

For your meetings, conferences, and offsites: Our presentation consulting services can be used to improve strategy retreats, conferences, offsites, and other sessions at which multiple presentations are given. The 154 Consulting team will work with all of the presenters for your session to make sure that the presentations made are on topic and move the day forward. We'll make sure the same messages aren't repeated again and again, and we'll help provide an overall "arc" for the session, with each presentation moving the group towards your larger goal.
